• As CEO of Sotera Global Management, she drives innovative risk transfer solutions for businesses worldwide, overseeing the operations with a focus on client success and industry excellence. 
• A recognized expert in captive management, Renea specializes in feasibility, formation, licensing, and ongoing management of captives and Self-Insured Groups, serving organizations of all sizes and sectors.
• Renea’s leadership extends beyond Sotera, with a distinguished record of service in the risk management community. She has served two terms on the ICCIE board, remains active on its marketing committee, and has held key roles with CICA, RIMS, SIIA, and various state captive associations. Formerly a Director serving two terms and Chairman of CICA, she currently chairs the Western Region Conference. 
• In 2019, she earned the prestigious ICCIE Fellow Status, a testament to her contributions. A frequent speaker at industry events, Renea holds degrees in Risk Management and Insurance, blending academic rigor with practical expertise. Captive AP/AR Manager 

Tonya has extensive AP/AR experience in a variety of industries and has been a part of the Sotera team for 11 years.  She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her position as a manager. Tonya is responsible for entering transaction details, reconciling accounts, and monitoring and analyzing account information for our clients. 

Tonya interacts with clients and the accounting department to ensure that all information is received and processed in a timely manner. She coordinates with vendors and clients, assists with audit and tax  and quarter-end close.

Tonya is enthusiastic and a team player with excellent communication and problem solving skills. Tonya is a dedicated and creative problem solver with a passion for data analysis.
